Stretching Postpartum Practical Workshop

The workshop includes exercises and stretches that are common issues in women, including: hip flexor stretches, hip abductor strengthening, transverse abdominis strengthening, soleus strengthening, and discuss the importance of focusing on these muscles.

Presented by: Kristin Mcnealus: Masters in Physical Therapy from Boston University and went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions. She received her MBA from Pepperdine University in 2016, and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.
